I have no issue with the staff who were very competent. However, being part of a high deductible, health savings account program and having no way to compare prices I have my entire HSA account emptied by going here. They charge hospital prices (e.g. $30 for a cold pack) even though they are just a PT office. Later when talking to the main office they kept calling this a "clinic" which probably let them charge this way. Bottom line, go here if you are not on a HDHSA plan.
