Very nice people when I checked in. Very courteous. Then almost two hours later when I hadn’t been seen yet and asked about the delay, the counter staff looked at me as if I had two disgusting dragon heads. I really got the feeling they felt that I had no right to ask. Once I got inside, the Doctor was very nice and professional. Hope it was my last visit there.

I have been here for 2 1/2 hours and still haven't been seen yet. I got here 5 minutes before opening, been in the examination room for over thirty minutes. Still no doctor. I've heard him go into the same room 3 times for 3 different patients, and here I am waiting.
Went to Concentra for a follow-up visit for a hernia that has gotten worse. Needed some pain pills. Didn't ask for anything but tramadol to ease the pain so I can sleep. Was denied any kind of pain pills. Also was told to not come back for this injury again. He told me to see my surgeon for anything regarding this matter. My surgeon told me that he was the initial doctor to diagnose me and he would remain the primary doctor until the surgery. So I have no recourse or any ability to get some stronger pain pills other than Tylenol. He saw my hernia has gotten worse and can tell I was in pain. Now I'm stuck without a doctor and no way to get pain medicine prescribed for me. What do I do now?
