From the owner, to the move coordinator, to their warehouse workers, to our move team, they were wonderful.
The packers were unfriendly and didn't care about packing properly. They packed a glass vase filled with pebbles together and so the vase broke.Most of the boxes were damaged as well as most of the furniture. The stirring as equally reckless, they storred a sofa at the angle which damaged one arm rest. Also some items were lost in transit. Will never use them again and would not recommend them.
Fallon Moving and Storage not only made our move as easy as humanly possible, but Jessi, our move coordinator, knew me by name and literally made ALL of my questions, problems, concerns, and even freak outs go away!
