Overall not a bad experience. It does disappoint me that they nickel and dime you. I am storing a vehicle that has full coverage insurance and I also have homeowners insurance and still forced to pay $9 per month for items, that don't exist, outside of my car. Kind of a ripoff as that is over $100 a year!
We received excellent service from Darya. She showed us the space, explained the charges and was very efficient. One charge that was not previously mentioned when the reservation was made and was totally unnecessary was the $9 per month charge for insurance. I am storing an automobile in the space, have full insurance coverage and do not need to pay $9 a month for $2000 coverage. The previous owners of this storage facility did not add this charge nor did they charge $25 "administrative fee" each time a space was reserved.
