Recently renovated, rooms feature internet-connected TVs with popular streaming options. Hotel features an updated M-Club lounge, open 24/7, with snacks, water, and self serve espresso bar. Comfortable bed, very modern, thoughtful bathrooms with showers, and very quiet. My new favorite hotel in the Hartford area.
Nicely remodeled hotel. My room was fresh and quiet. Easy access from airport. Staff was friendly, but not as sharp in their service as other Marriott hotels. Restaurant was a bit understaffed. The front desk was nice but not as crisp in their greeting and service. The concierge lounge was a disappointment. Very limited selection.
Newly renovated hotel. Fantastic lobby and clean rooms. Complimentary lounge access for gold and platinum members. Lounge food could be better though. Restaurant service is very slow.
This was our first stay here. It was outstanding. The tvs in the rooms were large. The concierge lounge was well kept. They had one of those sparkling water machines. The lobby was amazing. The employees were all very nice especially Joyce at breakfast.
Customer service - second to none. This is a hotel you must stay at if you are in Hartford, CT. Will come back again for sure! Check the pictures - the staff voluntarily shaving snow from cars in the parking lot!
Nice, modern, clean hotel. Bed was comfortable and pillows were pretty nice. The room I was in had a couch and small table to work at which were a real plus. I don't know if it's mostly because it's winter or what but it was soooooo dry - like wake up choking dry. I had to sit in the bathroom with the shower running for a bit on a couple of occasions. Paid breakfast buffet was decent with scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, pancakes/french toast, fruit, yogurt, and pastries - but didn't offer much variety day to day. Staff was mostly friendly (one of the shuttle drivers needs an attitude check). The gym was pretty standard for the hotel but the pool left is all wanting. They have a coffee counter that serves Starbucks which was very welcome. And each evening, they offered free hot chocolate and teas by the front counter which I thought was a really nice touch. All in all, would definitely stay here again.
