I took my dog there last eve, for the second time in a year. The place was not and is not dirty. I was very surprised to read that review since I'm very critical and would have noticed a dirty facility. The vet appeared to be very knowledgeable and realistic. He gave me options for treating. He was right. After one dose of medication, my dog slept through the night. No all night potty walks. The cost was high, but problem solved. Both times I went, the wait was long, 3 to 4 hrs, but there was no one ahead of me. That was hard to take and just added to the exhaustion both my dog and I already had.
By far the best place I have ever taken my dog. He is always scared, tail tucked and shaking, but they are always gentle and talk to him knowing he is uncomfortable. Good people all around :)
Incredibly nice staff who was very honest about cost, presented me with the price before they did anything and offered different options while providing honest advice (whether to sedate or not). Wish I got the woman's name who helped, because she was fantastic.
A wonderful veterinary hospital staffed with very talented veterinarians and staff. The best veterinary ER around. I wish (for my puppy's sake) that we had not _had_ to go, but I am forever grateful that it is there to go to, and the staff is so good. Highly recommended.
Vet seemed very good, but reception was apathetic and booked us the wrong appointment. We were told our appointment was for a specific test and we would be able to consult with a specialist. I called again later to confirm. After arriving at the appointment, we were told by vet (internal med) that the appointment was only to see her which wasn't very helpful to us at the time. This vet was very nice, understanding, and helpful as much as she could be. I worry about the scheduling issues though. I don't have the time or money to keep making appointments that aren't gor what I need.
