Always order from here. Always. Good food. Decent delivery time. But I am a regular customer and a family of 5. I can't order and pay cash for delivery for more then 30$... Which considering a 2 liter is 3.29 I think that's crazy. I tried debit card. No orders over 50! Like do you want my money or not? I understand it helps prevent pranks, waste ect but I a regular whose ordered here faithfully 3 times a week for a year. No exceptions? You're loosing money from me and lots of it!
I've been a customer here for 13 years... and now I don't ever want to step a foot in there, employees mess up on all of our orders lately... and when you call the manager to fix the problem they SHOUT AT YOU!
The managers at this location are very unprofessional.
I won a Quikly reward from Dominos. there was no place to add it on the order and when I called the store, they knew nothing about it. Is this some kind of a scam??
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread for delivery already paid with my credit card. Never got the order delivered. Waited around for an hour and a half. Kept calling and no answer until 8 calls later they finally picked up and said they were closed. Asked where my pizza was and got major attitude from the girl who picked up. She said they tried to deliver it and called yet nobody came to my door and I had no missed calls. I asked for a refund and then she hung up on me. I've never had this bad of an experience at a restaurant. This Domino's doesn't even deserve one star.
The employees lie about our ordering being delivered.. it takes them 2-3 hours to come and sometimes they don't even come j have to call and ask them where they are...
Manchester Dominos is wayyyy better and more friendly
