This is office is truly amazing. Every doctor is equal in the sense that they all are dedicated doctors and genuinely care about each and every patient. They also are affiliated with amazing specialist as well. My child severe from severe allergy's and eczema. They stood by my family and I through out every step. They made sure they sent us to the best of the best specialist. I have not one complaint about this practice.
Also I work for a medical practice myself and we would never treat patients like that. Also the glass window was open and I can hear everything ... they need to take a course on or review HIPPA laws.
Was referred by a friend, Nurses are great! We see the PA there and she is amazing, only reason why I continue to take my child there. Unfortunately the front desk staff not so much. As a new patient I wasn’t greeted with even a “how are you?” Or even “welcome to our practice”. I was given paper work, told to fill it out and return it once it was completed. Not very welcoming at all, I’d say. Also at check out both times I waited at least ten mins before being able to check out. Not only did the woman know I was standing there with my child, she didn’t even bother to say I’ll be right with you or anything along those lines. She kept doing what she was doing till she was done.
