I do not know how he can do what he does but he does it like no one else ever could. I hope that he stays for a long,long time and that his boss appreciates him!! Towed to Country Auto in the middle of the night. No idea what to expect. Mark and team provided great service and were extremely flexible in managing both the immediate problem and the overall health of my vehicle, and were sensitive to managing repair costs on an older vehicle. In fact, the team found and solved an intermittent problem that three other service stations (including the dealership) had failed to diagnose. Thanks for a really positive experience!
